Sports:Ronaldo Eyes $1 Million Per Week At Man City

IMAGINE the ramifications if Cristiano Ronaldo moved to, of all places, Manchester City. Well, it could happen. Money talks! It has been presumed for some time that if the Portuguese superstar came back to the Premier League that Manchester United would be the logical destination. After all, he did spent six highly-impressive seasons at Old Trafford. But, according to the Daily Express, nothing can be taken for granted. City are apparently cashed up and ready to strike. Ronaldo is reportedly disillusioned in Spain and eyeing a move back next season. Real have slapped a price tag of around $115 million on his head, which shouldn’t be a problem for City, United, or even Chelsea or PSG. The player himself, according to the Daily Mail, would be after around $950,000 per week to move. United’s unprecedented spending spree on players as a potential instant remedy for what ails them has changed the dynamics on pay structures in the English game - and encouraged Ronaldo to see if he can more than anyone else.
